What services does NYNMO Estimating provide?
We provide construction estimating, cost estimating, quantity and material takeoffs, commercial and residential estimating, budget estimates, outsourced estimating, dedicated estimators and bid preparation, plus estimates for more than twenty trades.
How much do your estimating services cost?
Pricing depends on project size, complexity and turnaround. Every quote is flat and agreed before we start, with no hourly billing. See our pricing page.
How fast can you turn around an estimate?
Most estimates are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete plans and specifications. Larger projects may take longer, and rush turnaround is available.
What information do you need to start?
Architectural and structural plans, plus any specifications, addenda or scope documents. We can also work from preliminary drawings for budget pricing.
Which regions do you cover?
The USA, Australia, Canada and the UK, with pricing benchmarked to each region rather than national averages.
Do you estimate residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We estimate homes, additions, remodels and multifamily, plus retail, office, healthcare, education, hospitality and industrial projects.
What software do you use?
Can you use our estimate template?
Yes. Send your template, item codes and markups, and we will deliver the estimate in your format.
What if the plans change after delivery?
Send the updated drawings or addenda and we will revise the affected line items. Reasonable revisions are included in your original quote.
Is my project information confidential?
Yes. Your plans, pricing and client information are used only to prepare your estimates.
Do you offer ongoing estimating support?
Yes. A dedicated estimator can handle every bid you chase, or you can outsource estimating project by project.
