- Drawings: architectural and structural plans, plus MEP and civil sheets if those trades are in scope.
- Specifications and any addenda issued so far.
- Scope: which trades or CSI divisions you need estimated, or whether you need a full project estimate.
- Location of the project, so we can apply regional pricing.
- Bid date or the date you need the estimate.
- Your template, markups or item codes, if you want the estimate in your format.
