How we work
Every project starts with a scope review, followed by a detailed takeoff in PlanSwift and Bluebeam and pricing at current regional material and labor rates. Estimates are organized by CSI division, delivered with marked-up plans so you can check our work, and reviewed before they leave our desk. When plans change, we revise the affected numbers.
